    He started his career in 2003 in the financial services industry as a management trainee with ICICI group after completing his MBA from an institution of repute. Later to a 9 years long and highly successful stint with ICICI , he joined hands with his family members to start Countryside – the property development vertical in the year 2012 . Being from a business family of four decades , qualities of clear and logical thinking , prudent risk taking ability , quick decision making , financial discipline , persistence and high focus on the execution of the task at hand were inherent traits in his DNA which helped in scaling up the business to where it is now in a short span of 8 years. His educational training refined his inborn traits and made him highly process driven which again contributed to the efficient growth of the organisation.

    Atmeek , with the above traits and with a great deal of love with his work has been instrumental in motivating and driving the organisation towards the great work that it has produced so far over last 8 years. He is extremely passionate about great design and for him great design means aesthetics , functionality and durability . His uncompromising commitment to quality and deadlines in work comes from the following thought process of his – ‘ Today or tomorrow all our produce and the outcome of our work will pass on to our kids , therefore we should not steal an iota from the beautiful kids of our nation – our future’ . Proper branding, presentation and communication find high priority with him . His energy filled , professional and selfless approach and the clarity of his vision has been the magnet which has attracted various stakeholders like customers, landowners , employees, investors , established vendors and consultants towards the organisation and aligned them towards its objectives resulting in the growth that it has seen so far.

He has been instrumental force behind the growth and transformation of the family business into a diversified and professionally organised business conglomerate that it is today with a turnover that exceeds 350 crores per annum spanning across the verticals of infrastructure development and construction , property development , automobile dealerships and education.
    He is a highly disciplined person and a health & fitness enthusiast. His tremendous focus on financial planning, management , accounting and compliances keeps the entire team aligned and focussed towards fiscal prudence , control and the achievement of fiscal objectives. He ensures that his health and the financial health of the organisation are brimming with fitness all the time.

    His all round co-ordination with all the departments of the organisation ensures that the resources required in the conduct of business , i.e the best of men , material and money are always available and completely focussed towards achievement of the organisations vision.

    He joined the business after completing his MBA from a premier institution and is famous in the organisation for his review meetings.

    Fresh out of college , he brings in youthful energy and freshness to the board of Countryside. He is learning the business in a bottoms up manner by observing the functioning of all the departments .

    She inspires everyone with her simplicity of thought and her ability to work continuously and extremely hard towards any short term or long term objectives. The processes that she has put in place and their implementation ensure that the best of the people associate with the organisation ( internal or external ) , they are taken care of in the best manner , they align themselves with the organisations vision and deliver their best output. She is a post graduate by educational qualification and has held HR leadership roles in the multinational organisations she has worked with.

    She is a person with a highly evolved legal mind and a passionate Human Rights advocate who has finished her LLB from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and her LLM from Georgetown University Law Center , USA. She has practised as a lawyer in the Honourable Supreme Court of India and worked with reputed legal firms like Amarchand Mangaldas.

    An avid food blogger and a furniture designer with a lot of social media following . Her love for flowering plants and greenery can be one of the reasons behind a very engaging visit to her home. Her invaluable legal advice helps us in the responsible conduct of our business across all the departments especially labour welfare.

    A property lawyer of repute in Bengaluru and legal counsel on the panel of many nationalised banks. He is known for his tough and uncompromising standards of legal scrutiny and is rated very highly by various banks , property developers and property buyers. All the titles get vetted and cleared by him before we take up the development of any property.

    Piyush is a young professional who has done his masters in business administration with a marketing specialisation from a premier university of UK. He is known in the organisation for his hard work and high focus on deadlines. He brings innovation into our campaigns and makes sure all the brand manuals and ethos are followed at all touch points of delivering a brand experience to all our stakeholders like – customers , vendors , employees ,workers, regulatory authorities and government bodies .

    She is a accomplished graphic and UX designer who has studied fine arts from Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat and Advertising & Graphic Design from Wigan and Leigh College. She handles branding and graphic design projects for several reputed clients including the Government of India. She has designed our brand guidelines like the colour pallets , page layouts and letter fonts. Most of our communication content is designed and penned down by her personally or vetted by her if created by anyone else.

    He left behind a flourishing architectural practice to follow his true calling – geobiology and traditional building sciences . A highly sought after consultant in his domain now. All our buildings incorporate his super specialised inputs for the health and harmony of its occupants.

    Fountainhead Architects. He has studied architecture from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, USA and worked with globally reputed architecture firms like X architects and Norr group before joining the founding team of Fountainhead architects.

    Anagha consultants. He is a MTech in structure design from BITS, Pilani and has held several senior positions while he was working for companies in middle east before starting Anagha.

    Managing director – ESVE Design. A second generation MEP engineer who was trained under his father since the start of his career in 1998 with ESVE – a leading MEP design firm started by his father
    Founder – FICUS landscape design. She is a award winning landscape architect who has studied landscape design from CEPT , Ahmedabad.
